Sales Tax
For orders with shipping addresses in South Carolina, we are required by state law to collect sales tax.

Privacy
Customer privacy and information security are of the utmost importance. Customer information will be used for the sole purpose of order fulfillment.
Shipping
  • Our products ship from more than 25 warehouses strategically located throughout the USA.
  • Your order will be shipped from the closest warehouse that has the items from your order in stock.
  • Items in stock typically ship out on the same or next business day.
  • Items out of stock will typically ship from the manufacturer on the same or next business day.
  • The customer will be notified about any items on backorder as soon as we receive notification from the manufacturer.
  • Free shipping applies only to orders in the USA with shipping addresses in the lower 48 states or the District of Columbia. For addresses outside of this area, please add the desired items to the cart and use the shipping estimator in the cart to determine rates.
  • UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We rely on shipping carriers to deliver the items in your order as described in a timely manner. On rare occasion, items may be damaged or lost during shipment. We ask for your patience and understanding while we work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues.
  • For items lost in shipment, the shipping carrier must complete a trace and provide us with confirmation before we can ship a replacement. The shipping carrier typically requires up to 8 days to complete the trace.
International
  • For shipping addresses outside of the free shipping area, please add the desired items to the cart and use the shipping estimator in the cart to determine rates.
  • UPS Standard is the most common shipping method that we use for shipping items to Canada.
  • USPS does not charge brokerage fees so we also offer USPS shipping for orders with shipping addresses outside of the USA. Weight and size limits do apply.
  • The shipment time for USPS Priority Mail International is typically 2 weeks.
  • Items that exceed USPS weight and size limits can be shipped internationally with UPS Worldwide Expedited.
  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
  • We will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us so we have a No Hassle return policy.
  • All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) in the return shipping address. Please contact us to obtain the RMA # along with return instructions.
  • Returned items must be received within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • A 20% return fee will be deducted from refunds for all returns. This fee is deducted to cover the expense of the original shipment, warehouse re-stock fees, handling and re-packaging costs.
  • Any additional shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging in new and resalable condition. Use only clear tape and do not write directly on the package. The return shipping label should be attached over the existing label. Do not include any additional documentation inside of the package.
  • All return shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns are not permitted on any items sold in used condition.
Exchanges
Payment companies such as Paypal require that an order must be fulfilled as described in the order corresponding with the original payment. They do not support exchanges in lieu of a refund for returned merchandise. For this reason, we do not grant store credit or offer exchanges as compensation for returns. Refunds for returned merchandise will be issued once the return shipment has been received and inspected. New orders may be placed at any time.
